Yes!! I know of one time when a competitor questioned the judge about how he won a performance (I think) class and had a rail and the judge said that the “horse’s tail knocked the jump it wasn’t Peter or the horse’s fault” and at pin oak one of his kids got like a score in the high 70s and she had a rail on either her children’s or modified’s horse I forgot and someone asked the judge and he said he didn’t see it fall
